Arrival and departure<\/h3>\n
\nWhat time are check-in and check-out?<\/summary>\n

Check-in is from 3 pm, with no late limit: you come and go as you like with your personal codes. Check-out is by 10 am.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nIs there a reception desk?<\/summary>\n

Our reception is remote, but you're never on your own: before you arrive we guide you step by step on WhatsApp, and during your stay we're right there for anything you need. Inside you'll find an envelope with your name and your room key card.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWhen do I get my access codes?<\/summary>\n

Two or three days before arrival we send you a WhatsApp message with your booking summary and a link to check in online. As soon as you complete it, your codes are on their way.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow do I get in?<\/summary>\n

The first code opens the main door of the building. Walk up to the first floor and use the second code to enter the guest house. Your room opens with your electronic key card.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow do I get here from the airport?<\/summary>\n

Take the T2 tram, no changes needed: it runs from the airport to the Lavagnini stop, a 3-minute walk from us.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nHow do I get here from the train station?<\/summary>\n

From Santa Maria Novella station it's about a 17-minute walk. If you'd rather not walk, take the T2 tram from the Valfonda or Alamanni stop and get off at Lavagnini, 3 minutes from us.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWhere do I leave my key card at check-out?<\/summary>\n

On the reception counter where you found it, or simply in your room.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I leave my luggage before or after my stay?<\/summary>\n

Yes, luggage storage is free: drop your bags before the 3 pm check-in or after the 10 am check-out and enjoy Florence hands-free.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nIs the city tax included?<\/summary>\n

No. It's a City of Florence tax and isn't included in the price: \u20ac6 per person per night, for guests aged 12 and over, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The building<\/h3>\n
\nIs there a lift?<\/summary>\n

No. The building dates from the 19th century and has no lift: the rooms are on the first floor and the Modern apartment is on the second.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWhat's in the room?<\/summary>\n

Private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a professional hairdryer, TV, an espresso machine (which also makes hot water), water and a minibar.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nDoes the Modern apartment include daily cleaning and breakfast?<\/summary>\n

No. Apartment stays include a final clean at the end of your stay and don't include breakfast. The caf\u00e9 is just a 3-minute walk away.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan guests use the terrace?<\/summary>\n

Yes, there's a small terrace reserved for guests, perfect for a coffee in the open air.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nIs smoking allowed?<\/summary>\n

Not in the rooms or any indoor space. You're welcome to smoke on the guests' terrace.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Breakfast and parking<\/h3>\n
\nIs breakfast included?<\/summary>\n

It depends on the rate you choose. If it isn't included, you can add it for \u20ac8 per person. Breakfast is served at a caf\u00e9 3 minutes' walk away: a hot drink, a pastry, a juice and something savoury. You'll find the vouchers in the envelope with your name.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nWhere can I park? What about the ZTL?<\/summary>\n

The building is inside the ZTL, Florence's limited traffic zone. Our partner garage, S. Orsola, takes care of the permits for you (cars \u20ac35, vans \u20ac50, motorbikes \u20ac15 per 24 hours). Alternatively, Parterre garage is outside the ZTL, about a 10-minute walk away (\u20ac15 \/ 24h).<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I drive up to drop off my luggage?<\/summary>\n

Yes: as soon as you arrive, send us your number plate on WhatsApp and we'll register it to avoid fines. Then take the car to the garage.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

\nCan I bring my pet?<\/summary>\n

Yes, pets are welcome, as long as they're never left alone in the room. There's a \u20ac35 supplement for the extra cleaning.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nDo you have a cot for babies?<\/summary>\n

Yes, we have a cot: please request it and have it confirmed before you arrive. Message us on WhatsApp or add a note to your booking.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n

\nCan I cancel my booking?<\/summary>\n

Cancellation terms depend on the rate you choose and are shown in the conditions of your booking.<\/p>\n<\/details>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
