YOUR ARRIVAL
Your arrival, no waiting

2–3 days before
We send you a WhatsApp message with your booking summary and a link to check in online.

Online check-in
It takes two minutes on your phone. As soon as you complete it, your access codes arrive on WhatsApp.

From 3 pm
The first code opens the main door of the building; go up to the first floor and use the second to let yourself in.

Your envelope
On the counter you'll find an envelope with your name, containing your room key card and any breakfast vouchers.
* A City of Florence tax, not included in the price: payable by guests aged 12 and over, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
No lift. The building dates from the 19th century: the rooms are on the first floor and the Modern apartment on the second. If you have heavy luggage or find stairs difficult, please message us before booking.
BREAKFAST
At the café, like a Florentine
Breakfast is at a café 3 minutes' walk away, just the way Florentines have it: a hot drink, a pastry, a juice and something savoury, such as a toastie. If it isn't already included in the rate you choose, you can add it for €8 per person. You'll find the vouchers in the envelope with your name.
Breakfast isn't included in the Modern apartment, but it's the same café: you can go along and pay there directly.
BY CAR
Parking and the ZTL
The building is inside the ZTL, the city centre's limited traffic zone. You have two options for your car.
S. Orsola garage · our partner
Drive straight to the garage: they handle the ZTL for you, there's nothing else to do.
Parterre garage
At Via del Ponte Rosso 4, outside the ZTL. Park, then walk to us in about 10 minutes.
Want to drop off your luggage first?
You can drive up to the building: as soon as you arrive, send us your number plate on WhatsApp and we'll register it so you don't get a fine. Then take the car to the garage.
